Currently, we are seeking an Installation Scheduling Coordinator to be based at our corporate office in Cincinnati, OH.

The Installation Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Sales Support Staff to maintain the work schedules for our installation network, and monitor the progress of installation projects.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Determine number of installers needed per job and number of hours/days to install a product
  • Contact installers and customers to schedule and confirm installation projects
  • Provide paperwork, drawings and specifications to the installers
  • Generate installation metric reports
  • Process and distribute paperwork for completed projects


  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • Two years' experience in a customer support or scheduling role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
