Currently, we are seeking a Product Development Lead to be based at our corporate office in Cincinnati, OH.

The Product Development Lead will be responsible for the product creation and cataloging process from design to production. You will lead the team in identifying potential solutions, performing rapid prototyping, identifying clear action plans, and managing the execution, with a strong focus on the details.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify new opportunities by recognizing market and consumer trends, formulate new product ideas, and help bring them to market
  • Responsible for meeting design, function, and quality goals
  • Stay current on trends, new technology, and competitive products
  • Analyze and track market and competitive product information
  • Constant evaluation and support evolution of the product development process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion Merchandising, Design, Product Development, or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; Experience overseeing textile development through entire product life cycle: conceptualization, sourcing, creative design execution to market, preferred
  • Strong experience in Adobe CS applications, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Familiar with both the manufacturing and sourcing processes
