Currently, we are seeking a Healthcare Operations Process Improvement Manager to be based out of one of the following regions:

  • Midwest Region (Cincinnati, OH, Cleveland, OH, Toledo, OH, and Detroit, MI)
  • Southeast Region (Orlando, FL, Tampa Bay, FL, and Atlanta, GA) 
  • Pacific Northwest Region (Seattle, WA and surrounding areas)

The Healthcare Operations Process Improvement Manager will work with the sales team to partner with healthcare facilities to reduce total costs and increase service quality and support post sale services and software applications.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with healthcare facilities and their linen/laundry services to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Analyze laundry/linen operations, and develop and present customized presentations to hospitals and laundry/linen management
  • Partner with customer's staff and management to implement process improvements, recommendations and reduce system cost
  • Implement our software applications at customer sites to facilitate process improvement and improve data tracking for management
  • Provide training and educate hospital staff on software applications, assist sales team with educating hospital staff on linen utilization best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience with continuous improvement, operations management, consulting or account management in a healthcare environment is a plus
  • Ability to travel between 25% and 60% of the time, depending on projects and locations
