Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager to be based at our corporate office in Cincinnati, OH.

The Project Manager will manage all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish. These projects will include manufacturing, new business development, and emerging markets.


  • Work with internal and external customers to analyze their business requirements
  • Develop cost models to determine the viability of projects, specifications for business projects, and create work streams
  • Develop plant layouts for equipment set-up and installation
  • Visit manufacturing sites to determine layout, electrical, floor space, and overall system requirements
  • Improve operations and productivity by increasing efficiency, lowering costs, and reducing waste
  • Collaborate on product concepts for manufacturability
  • Review competitive products and provide technical and application based assessments
  • Respond to senior management requests for information and provide updates regarding the progress of site specific installations 


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to manufacturing environment, and industrial processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel to our manufacturing facilities as necessary (approx. 50% of the time)
